Growing up in Melbourne, you’d generally find me covered in Corgi hair and reading a National Geographic, or forcing my dad to make up stories about Indiana Jones and his love interests. Since then I’ve travelled solo around the world and Australia, completed both an Arts/Visual Arts double degree and a Diploma in photography, and done the work to figure out what I want to do with my life.

The essentials, however, have remained the same – you’ll still find me sporting a stray Corgi hair on most days and I’m still obsessed with love stories and photography.

A wedding is a big deal. It means a lot to a lot of different people.

Capturing all of that is what I love about my job – who doesn’t want to feel like they’re doing something that matters, something that brings joy to others?

But most of us don’t love getting our photos taken. I get it, I’m the same. So my approach is to help you forget about the camera, guide you when you need it, tell some rubbish jokes and help you enjoy your day with the love of your life.

We’ll sneak away for a bit and cover all the bridal party and couple shots, but again, let’s keep it natural and have some fun – take some time to let it all soak in. For the most part I’ll be in the background bobbing and weaving and looking around for moments to capture.

When it’s all said and done, I want people to feel like themselves, be at ease and happy, because you should enjoy your whole wedding day, photos included.
